Many international companies moved their production to developing countries for cheap and unskilled labor to lower the cost.
India has the largest child population in the world (472 million by 2020 according to World Bank).
Concern:
Textile industry is a labor-intensive industry
→requires no technical skills + companies don't bother providing training for workers to learn new skills or knowledge
→no chances for technology transfer
→economics could fall apart if textile factories are withdrawn from India
Globalization exacerbates economic inequality.
→ The poor are still in poverty while the rich are richer.

A hereditary system that divides Hindus into rigid hierarchical groups based on their karma (work) and dharma (duty).
One of the world's oldest form of surviving social stratification.
Connection between each social community is limited.
People have to follow a particular set of rules for proper behavior and interact with other people according to their social position in the hierarchy.
People could never get rid of the identity they are born with in this life. They could only look for a better life in the afterlife by performing good deeds.
