How do we stay in contact with family members?

You will be able to reach your family by cell phone before we arrive. If you do not have a cell phone with you, others will have one you may borrow. Once at the site there will be a landline to use for emergencies.  

You may see the contact page Contact Us for trip coordinator phone numbers. The phone number at the Bethlehem Farm is 304-445-7143. We suggest you give this family and friends as a way to reach you in case of an emergency. Consider changing your voicemail to indicate, "If there is an emergency and you need to reach me please call 304-445-7143" or something to that effect.
