Cost and Payment Schedule

Deposit: Initial non-refundable deposits of $50 are due upon sign up if a spot is open. Please contact us to check if a spot is still available and to deliver payment. No deposit for wait list. 

Balance of $275 is due by May 15, 2023. Contact us if you plan to register after this date. Once the balance is paid, fee is only refundable if you are replaced by another participant.  Please contact Jeanie Brabeck, Genny O'Toole or Pat Trafton if you need financial assistance. 

Checks will be made to "St. Nicholas Church" with "2023 Service Trip Participant Contribution" in the memo. Please contact Jeanie Brabeck, Genny O'Toole or Pat Trafton to deliver any checks.
