Our Lenten theme this year is "Change my Heart O God"
As Christians we often talk spiritually about the state of our heart. We are not speaking of our physical muscular organ so what are we talking about? The heart in biblical understanding, has many complex facets that define the core of who we are and consequently how we relate to God and others. In other words, “the heart” refers to our spiritual center where our beliefs, emotions, interact with God. During our Lenten Wednesday evening services, we will be exploring how to align our hearts with the heart of God.
On Wednesday evenings we will once again use Holden Evening Prayer for our worship format and explore how Jesus walks with us through. Make sure you come for dinner that starts a 5pm and goes until 6:20pm.
