Bethel Garden

Welcome to the Bethel Garden website.

  This site contains:

• "Garden of Eatin": This page shows a map of the garden along with some of the items that are available for harvest.  Note that it often will not be complete- check around, see what you can find.  It only includes produce- you're on your own for finding flowers.

• “About the Garden”: Information about the garden

• “Plant Info”: Information about plants grown in the garden

• “Garden Chats”: A page where we can communicate with each other

• “The Garden this week”: a page with updates on the garden- work that needs to be done, plants that are ready for harvest, special events, etc.

A note about this site: this is a low-budget website, built using Google Sites.  It is basically a read-only site.  When you want to communicate using Garden Chats, you can see what has been written, but to add or reply to a message click on the

Interested in a garden plot?

As of August 2025, we’re considering whether to create plots for individuals who want to have their own gardening space.  They will be 4 x 10’ raised beds, with either one or two available per gardener. If there are half a dozen people who are interested, we’ll probably start them for the 2026 growing season.

On the new page (you’re now using Google Groups), you can reply to an existing message or create a new one.  However, first you need to send a request to bethelgardenfriends@gmail.com  so that we can give you access to Google Groups.  Someday we’ll create an easier-to-use site.
