Beth is an award winning instructional designer, learning experience designer, management consultant, and career coach. She has a Masters degree in Adult Education with a focus in experiential learning and works with a variety of corporate, non-profit, consulting, and government clients. She is a certified Master Practitioner for the Myers Briggs Type Indicator (since 2009).

Beth specializes in management consulting and design and develop to deliver eLearning, instructor-led training, coaching, and more. She is well known for implementing "active learning" into her practices and teaches instructors on how to "flip the classroom" to engage learners. In her downtime Beth tinkers with technology and is self-taught in several technologies.

Beth is an active member of the Central Indiana Chapter Association of Talent Development and sits on the advisory board for the Global Online Learning Development and Extended Network (GOLDEN). She also holds board positions as the Chair of a local youth commission for her local church and is a Member-at-Large for a local business network association. 

The Association for Talent Development Central Indiana Chapter (ATD-CIC) is a professional membership organization supporting those who develop the knowledge and skills of employees in organizations in Central Indiana. The association was previously known as the Central Indiana American Society for Training & Development (CIASTD).
