How To Request a Plot

You join request a plot by filling out the Plot Request Form. Your name will be put on our waitlist for plot rental. We hope gardeners can access their plots by mid-May to early June since things are still under construction.

Once a plot becomes available for you, you will need to complete the application form, indicate that you have read and accepted our garden policies, and remit the fee for your plot. We will email you instructions on how to fill out the application form and accept the policies. 

The annual plot rental fees are $25.00 for a 10x10’ plot, $50.00 for a 10x20’. At the discretion of the BPCG Board of Directors (BOD), other plot sizes may be allowed at a fee of $25.00 per 100 sq. ft. BPCG has a maximum of 600 sq. ft. per household across all community gardens in Falmouth.

As stated in our policies, plots will allocated to the next person on the waitlist in the following order based on category and request date: 

• First to active plot renters wishing to give up their current plot to move to another one

• Second to people on the waitlist who do not currently rent a plot. 

• Third to current gardeners seeking an additional plot
