Welcome! This is the private website of Bernardo P. Marques. I am researcher and teacher at Católica Porto Business School. In this website you can find an overview of my research, some code in R and Stata, a short bio, and contact information.

I hold a PhD (2021) in Finance from the University of Porto. My research focuses on on banking and finance, more specifically the intersect between banking, climate risk and digitalization. 

I have worked on the performance and riskiness of banks, systemic risk implications of banking structures, impact of banking supervision, and stakeholder vs shareholder banking.
