Exeter SD & PA Inclusive are teaming up to host the Transition Academy Social Club again this year!!

The program is offered FREE of charge to students diagnosed with developmental or intellectual disabilities, including Autism and Down's Syndrome
For ages 14-21.
The program will run in the Exeter HS Library Monday evenings from 6 pm - 8 pm. More details are in the flyer attached.
