The I’m Determined project focuses on providing direct instruction, models, and opportunities to practice skills associated with self-determined behavior. This project facilitates youth, especially those with disabilities to undertake a measure of control in their lives, helping to set and steer the course rather than remaining the silent passenger.

National Collaborative on Workforce and Disability

youth.gov (also known as NCWD/Youth) is the U.S. government website that helps you create, maintain, and strengthen effective youth programs. Included are youth facts, funding information, and tools to help you assess community assets, generate maps of local and federal resources, search for evidence-based youth programs, and keep up-to-date on the latest, youth-related news.

We provide youth-focused resources and opportunities that inspire and empower young people to make a difference in their lives and in the world around them by improving their knowledge and leadership skills. 

A for youth-by youth organization promoting  advocacy, self-determination, leadership, empowerment, and service learning in the areas of transition, employment, education, and community engagement.

A free guide/learning tool filled with activities designed to support youth transitioning into adulthood.   TD is an excellent resource for families, youth and educators. Young people with disabilities, families and professionals who support them make up a powerful network of relationships, knowledge and experience for what's working in transition. Through the power of collaboration, our initiative connects these networks into a detailed road map for success.
