Although Julia was late to join the Sister Squad, she and Lauren have become very close despite the 8 year age gap. Lauren remembers being obnoxiously excited about Julia being born and the two have made great memories together ever since the fateful day in September. From spending summers together in Hawaii to Lauren coaching Julia through her last few chip bag filled weeks of college, the two have many things to laugh (and vent!) about together!
Grace, always wanting to copy Lauren, now lives in Honolulu as well where the two spend their time relaxing on the beach or hiking to enjoy the surrounding scenic mountains. The same age for two weeks, these Irish Twins, both born in November, these two have always been close and shared many memories in their lives. Being the oldie bestest sisties hasn't always been easy, but at least they've been in it together since the beginning!
Hayley and Lauren have been fortunate enough to enjoy some solos sister time through travel. After spending a summer in Europe, avoiding being too sunburned to go hiking, and finding out that they were the only real party animals in Vegas, these two have grown closer over the years from all of their adventures together. Lauren graciously allowed Hayley to have her wedding first and is now excited to hear what married life is all about!
Alex's only brother, Josh has always been his 'best man'. These solo siblings have shared many experiences like playing hockey and attending college together. Even though they may be geographically separated now, they always make time to catch up with each other whether it's via FaceTime or Apex online. Alex has enjoyed watching Josh's family grow and has happily embraced the role of "Uncle Alex the Fireman!" from his niece and nephew!
From high school in Okinawa to roommates in Hawaii, Alex and Ihu have become close through their shared passion for surfing and soccer. You can find these two jokingly reminiscing over their glory days in soccer or reliving their epic surf sessions at beach park over beers whenever they get the chance. Whether it's deep intellectual convos to late night munchies runs, it's always nice knowing you have "Oki Fam" nearby in Hawaii to be there for you whenever you need!
Even as Mike's work has moved him around the world, he and Alex have always manage to reconnect and try to visit each other when possible. Building on their friendship that developed in high school back in Okinawa, the two have grown closer over the years and have shared many eventful nights out in Honolulu (...if they can remember them!). They also have foodie tastes and can throw down as they try new foods or indulge in the comfort of JJ's!
