• What should I wear?

Aloha formal wear generally consists of slacks, aloha shirt, and dress shoes for men. Ladies attire usually includes either a dress or a blouse with dress pants. Our venue is outdoor so please wear appropriate footwear (sandals, flats, wedges, etc.). Also, it may get cooler at night so we suggest bringing a coverup, shawl, or jacket.

• What will the weather be like?

Located 2,000 feet above sea level, Mount Tantalus will be slightly cooler than town, especially once the sun goes down. For more accurate predictions, check the latest forecast here: wedding weather.

• How do I get to the venue?

Parking attendants will be on hand to help those who choose to drive to the venue. We highly encourage all guests to take a taxi or use a ride share app. If you use Lyft or Uber, you can even schedule a ride both to and from the wedding at the appropriate time. If needed, you can reach the local cab company at 808-422-2222.

• Most importantly, is it open bar??

YES! We will have an open bar with select beer, wine, and cocktails. Bar service will begin after the ceremony. Don't forget to tip your bartenders!

• Is smoking or vaping allowed?

There are two designated sections for smoking or vaping. You are welcome to either smoke outside the venue entrance by the main gate or below at the end of the driveway by the main office and catering tent.
