National School of Administration (Presidency of the Council of Ministers): Training activity (in person and webinar) for public managers, officers, and staff responsible for procurement procedures. Audience: public local and national governments such as the Ministry of Economy and Finance, Ministry of Economic Development, Ministry of Agriculture, and National Court of Audit.

Ministry of the Interior: Consultancy for the application of Most Economically Advantageous Tender (MEAT), evaluation criteria for economic-price and technical-quality offers. Application of scoring rules. Audience: Administrative and Accounting officers (Vice-directors) National Fire Corps. Support for the design of the EU-restricted public procurement procedure for the delivery of environmentally sustainable restaurant service (2018-2020). Preparation of the solicitation document, design of the technical and economic part of the contract, design of evaluation criteria, and support to the definition of scoring rule for the evaluation of economic-price and technical-qualitative offers. 

Previous activity:

Italian Public Procurement Agency-Consip s.p.a: Economist at the Research Unit (RU). RU reports directly to the CEO and is responsible for the analysis of the procurement strategy and the design of the procedures. Main duties: monitoring, preparing, and evaluating the main procurement strategies. Research and outreach activity on public procurement, analysis and application of the main European Public Codes and Regulations, and the study of innovative procurement instruments.
