Teaching

Peer Learning Advisor

I have been a teaching assistant in WPI's Mathematical Sciences Department for three years. As a peer learning advisor, I lead weekly discussion sections, host office hours, work in the tutoring center, and provide feedback on student submissions. Below is a list of courses that I've worked on, as well as a sample of discussion plans.

Teaching Practicum

As a student in WPI's Teacher Preparation Program, I completed a semester-long teaching practicum in high school mathematics. I lead five classes of students in algebra and geometry at Worcester Technical High School. To conclude the project, I assembled an e-portfolio website. The portfolio is a collection of perspectives, reflections, and materials from my teaching experience, as well as an overview of the components of the practicum and educational policy in Massachusetts.
