• Observability & SRE: designed and rolled out a Grafana/Prometheus stack for real-time dashboards and automated alerting (email/SMS), reducing mean-time-to-detection by ~35%.

• Data Engineering: rebuilt Python ETL pipelines for daily ingestion into the institute’s research information system; error rate divided by four with full audit trails.

• Platform Modernization: containerized key services with Docker and standardized CI/CD for on-prem research infrastructure.

• Edge/IoT Acquisition: refreshed sensor acquisition on ARM devices (Raspberry Pi 5), migrated from legacy Python 2 to robust Python 3 services (systemd, health checks), with automatic upstream sync.
