Rules:

1.  There is no refund policy  

2. Coaching fees are not refundable as we provide a fee-for-time service. 

3. The session must be paid no later than 15 minutes before the session begins. No exceptions

4. Complete and sign a financial counseling agreement before the main meeting 

5.  Allow the correct ambiance for the best results time with us.

6. No session will be allowed while driving.

7. The client must be ready for a call, no more than 5 minutes waiting 

8. No call, No -show will be charged session half of the price of the session

9.  The time a client misses an appointment, we may fill the time with another client

10. If we cancel the coaching session, you have two options, reschedule the appointment or get a refund for the appointment you had paid for.
