Before providing coaching service, we disclosed and you acknowledged and agreed to the following: Our coaching services are confidential and you can view BD’s privacy notice on our website at Bendailymoney.com. Your call may be recorded to ensure the highest level of quality. We will charge a fee for services before or at the time of consultation. BD does have a policy NOT to refund any session after it has been provided. Coaching is a tool to explore your Financial options to achieve your financial goals. We will discuss the details of the plan with you. If you would like a credit review from BD we will ask you to provide the credit report. The report must be provided at or before the consultation takes place. Your credit report will be kept confidential and will only be used for legitimate business purposes under the Fair Credit Report Act. Ben Daily provides Questions and Answers on the website and we ask you to get familiar with it. We may suggest that you consider using other services if appropriate; however, you are under no obligation to pursue these options. BD requires its clients to accept communication via email, text, and phone messages using the information you share with us. We accept contributions from the community. Below there's a list of Services that we don't do and a list of services that we do. We ask you to get familiar with these lists. To better serve you we can request that you make an appointment and pay for it before the consultation is provided. No appointment can be made without payment taking place at the same time the appointment is made. If an appointment is made without payment it will be canceled.
