The Time I Met Myself

About the Film - Alijah-Paul Leiper

This short film is partly based off of what I would classify as the most difficult period of my life. I struggled to reach out to those I love, couldn’t motivate myself to make changes. And just did not like who I was. What I want people to take from this short is the idea that they can change. All it takes is for you to believe that you can and will. You can be happy, you can feel better. Sometimes it might just take a push from the person who knows you the best. 

This film has received a 2024 Award of Commendation from the Canada Shorts Film Festival!
