This policy explains how BenBuilt Training handles information when you use the app, this website, or contact support.
The app stores workout history, exercises, routines, plans, preferences, and unfinished workouts locally on your device. BenBuilt Training does not send those records to a developer-operated server. The app does not include third-party analytics trackers. Its Resources page includes promotional links and discount codes. We may earn a commission from some qualifying purchases made through those links or codes; other links are not commission-bearing. When you open an external link, the destination website or service may process information under its own privacy policy. BenBuilt Training does not send your workout records to these destinations.
Cloud syncing is not included. On iPhone, device backups may contain app data depending on your Apple backup settings. The Android app is configured to exclude its local data from automatic cloud backup and device transfer. Use the app’s manual export and backup features to keep a copy before uninstalling or changing devices.
Apple processes purchases and payments on iPhone. Google Play processes purchases and payments on Android when subscriptions are available. We do not receive your payment card information.
When Android subscription services are enabled, the Android app uses RevenueCat to verify subscription status, provide Premium access, and restore purchases. RevenueCat processes an app-generated user identifier and purchase/subscription information, including purchase tokens. The app does not send your workout records or contact email to RevenueCat. In development builds where subscription services are disabled, the RevenueCat connection is not initialized.

You can export workout information and save or share it using services you choose. Those files may contain personal workout records. The destination you choose handles the exported information under its own policies.
If you email support, we receive your email address, message, and any attachments you send. Support email is handled through Gmail. We use messages to respond, troubleshoot, and follow up, and retain them only as needed for those purposes or applicable obligations. Please avoid sending sensitive information that is not needed for your request.
This site is hosted by Google Sites. Google may process technical information, such as your IP address and browser information, when you visit. We have not added advertising or analytics scripts to this website. Google services are covered by the Google Privacy Policy.
You can edit or delete records in the app. Removing the app can remove its locally stored records, so export any backup you want to keep first. Copies saved to backups or other services must be managed separately. Canceling Premium does not delete your workout history.
Removing the app does not cancel subscriptions or delete purchase records held by Apple, Google, or RevenueCat. Manage or cancel subscriptions through the store where you purchased them. Purchase-record retention and deletion are governed by those providers’ policies and applicable obligations.
Contact support to request deletion of information you have sent by email. We may retain information when needed to meet applicable obligations.
