Designed to enable students to conduct experimental research on operating parameters, motion constraints, and new materials such a PLA, Polycarbonate, and even thermoplastic elastomers. This new printer will also serve as a teaching tool for students and faculty; and because it will be portable, it can even be taken off campus to teach middle school and high school students about 3D printing.
