2023-2024 Belvoir MOPS & MOMSNext Registration
will begin 11 August 2023 at 8am. 

Belvoir MOPS & MOMSnext will be meeting IN-PERSON on Tuesday mornings with limited watchcare available.
We will also have daytime Mommy & Me Meetup playdates throughout the year. 

How do I register? 

Step 1 : Complete Belvoir MOPS/MOMSNext Registration

Step 2 : Fill out MOPS Kids Registration for watchcare needs.

Step 3: Check your email for next steps to attend your first meeting.

Don't forget to check your confirmation emails! A copy of your submitted forms will be automatically emailed. Check that your information was correctly submitted. This is NOT confirmation of your spot at our meetings and just a way that you can verify the information submitted is correct.

Everyone must complete a registration form, regardless of whether you have been a member of Belvoir MOPS before or not.

Fill out the form, make sure your email address is correct, and click submit. 

You will be asked to confirm that you have read and agree to pay MOPS International Dues, and agree to the attendance policy.

What do I do next?

1.  MOPS Kids Registration | After completing this form, register your children for MOPS Kids.  We will be able to offer watchcare for a limited amount of children during our morning meeting time. Lap babies are welcome to join you in our morning meetings. You will have 24 hours to fill out the MOPS Kids Registration form. If you will be kid-free during MOPS, we are jealous! You can skip this step.  Our daytime playdates will include you and your children. Watchcare will not be offered for the daytime playdates, but meetups will be located at kid friendly locations and you are encouraged to bring your children. 

2. Register for MOPS International membership for $34.00 before attending your second meeting. After you have submitted this Belvoir MOPS Registration, and have been notified that you are a member of Belvoir Mops, you will receive an email containing information on how to pay these dues online. MOPS International dues must be paid before attending your second meeting or you will be ineligible to participate in Belvoir MOPS. If you have any concerns or would like to be considered for a needs-based scholarship to cover this cost, please select “I would like more information about scholarships” on your registration form, and then contact us via email at BelvoirMOPS@gmail.com.

3. Read and agree to the Belvoir MOPS Attendance Policy | Because childcare space is limited, and we have a limited number of moms we can have attend, we anticipate having a lengthy waitlist for both our meetings and Watchcare. Since we will have an active waitlist, Belvoir MOPS will only allow for THREE UNEXCUSED absences throughout the year before you forfeit your childcare spot. You will be able to reach out to your Discussion Group Leader or Mentor Mom should you have to miss a meeting.

We understand that children get sick, relatives visit, and babies are born, but beyond that, you should always make your very best effort to attend meetings. If you want to skip out because you had a rough night with the baby or you just didn't feel like putting on real pants, know that you aren't alone. Show up! We are sure that you'll be glad you came! 

When will I find out if I am registered?
