BIT 4604: Project Management

The semester-long project our team chose as our capstone was a sustainable rebrand of the Ridiculous Chicken Instagram page. I served as the main Marketing Coordinator for this project. In collaboration with the store owners and management, we successfully advertised numerous events and tapped further into the student market using Instagram analytics and visually robust graphics. Below are a few examples from our campaign.

Starbucks - Virginia Tech North End Center

As mentioned in my experiences, I have been working at the Virginia Tech Starbucks for 1.5 years. Between the easy commute, great people, and my love for espresso craft it is the perfect job for me! Over the last three months, I have begun contributing to the store's Instagram page, making reels, story content, and highlighing our exceptional guests.

Cinema/Filmmaker's Club at Virginia Tech

Cinema Club, formerly known as Filmmakers Club, is one of the organizations at Virginia Tech that has granted me so many rewarding opportunities and experiences. I have served as the Vice President of Marketing for Cinema Club for almost 2 years. My responsibilities during this time have been to run the social media accounts, advertise the club at events and around campus, and plan/organize social events. One of many highlights from my time with Cinema has been co-founding the Genesis Film Festival, which will be coming back again this Spring!
