Who we are:

Belize Land Office is a real estate agency with 25 years of experience in the wonderful country of Belize. Based out of northern Belize, we specialize in properties on the mainland. Whether you're looking for farmland, waterfront views, or to be nestled in picturesque mountains... we can help find the perfect property. 

Linda Cabral worked in real estate and land development for over 35 years in the United States before taking on the new adventure of creating a home and business in Belize in 1999. She is a member of The Association of Real Estate Brokers of Belize. Linda holds dual citizenship with the United States and Belize and has helped many others successfully navigate permanent moves and retirements in Belize.  

Rebecca Farrow serves as the United States office manager, but has lived and worked in Belize and can confidently direct you to a property that will meet your needs. Let our offices help you realize your dreams of land or property ownership in the tropics!
