Creating a campaign can be a very difficult task. But don’t worry, I’ll guide you through it! Follow the steps in order to design your project
LESSON 1- The Research Section (90’):
STEP 1: Take this QUIZ and find out how much you know about healthy eating:
Discuss with your classmates:
How well did you do? Do you think there are more things you need to know about healthy eating?
Do you pay attention to healthy eating in your daily life?
Do you think you have healthy eating habits?
Look at your classmates’ results. Do you think unhealthy eating habits are a problem among teenagers?
STEP 2: Get into groups of 5. Choose a food group (vegetables, protein, grains, fruits and dairy) and decide who in the group is going to be the:
The researchers, who are in charge of collecting all the information. ALL OF THE MEMBERS OF THE TEAM WILL BE RESEARCHERS.
The editors, who are in charge of editing the information given by the researchers, deciding what to use or not, and write it all down.
The designers, who are in charge of the design of the page/account, how they are publishing it, if they’ll need videos or images, etc.
The manager, who is in charge of making sure everybody does their job on time and helping them if they have any difficulty. The manage will be the spokesperson.
You’ll be creating an informational website, so decide which platform you’re using:
STEP 3: Your teacher will give you these files for you to take as a guide. Read the following webpages and look for all the information you can find following the questions provided:

LESSON 2- The Production Section (90’):
STEP 1: As a whole group (you won’t get in your designated groups just yet), explore these profiles. Pay attention to how they present the information.
https://www.instagram.com/healthy.foodyss/?hl=es
https://www.instagram.com/howtofoodprep/?hl=es
https://www.tiktok.com/@jackiesfooddiary?
https://www.tiktok.com/@healthfood?
How much information do they share? Is it long/short?
Do they use lots of pictures? Which kind of pictures?
What are their profiles like? Are they colorful?
Do they make videos or write posts?
Write your findings on a Padlet. What do you think is useful to make a platform more enjoyable for the readers?
STEP 2: Get into the same groups you were last time and start creating your profiles. The designers of the group will be in charge of creating and designing the platform you have chosen. Meanwhile, the editors will be selecting the information you found in the other lesson. The manager will guide and help.
Designers: think about the things you’ve written in the Padlet and decide what things can be useful to create the account. Think about the name of the account, the color, pictures, and things that can make your platform more interesting. Remember you can use Instagram, TikTok, Blogger or any other platform you find convenient.
Editors: With the information you have, select the information you find important to put in your account. Remember to give useful information, tips and examples.
Manager: help and guide your teammates.
STEP 3: Once the account and the information are ready, start putting the information in your platform. If you have trouble doing so, check out these the accounts we explored before to know how to make your platform more interesting!
If you don’t finish your website in this lesson, don’t worry! You can continue it next class.
LESSON 3- The Production Section + The Presentation Section (90’):
STEP 1: If you haven’t finished your platform, you can continue it now.
STEP 2: once you’ve finished your informational website, it’s time to share it! E-mail your teacher the link and share your account with your friends!
Well done, you’re almost finished! To see how your quest ends, please go to the evaluation section.
