Healthy eating seems like a very hard task to achieve. But don’t worry, because in throughout this web quest, you will be able to learn the basics of forming healthier eating habits in order to apply them to your everyday lives and to inform other teenagers who may need your help!
I´ll be guiding you in this very important quest so that you can explore the importance of healthy eating and nutrition. You’ll be putting yourselves in the position of health activists and influencers: you’ll have to research about the topic and create an informational guide on how to eat healthier using a platform.
By the end of this project, not only will know a lot more about nutrition and healthy eating habits, but also you’ll be able to helps lots of teens who struggle with eating habits or who may not know much about nutrition.
For this job, you will need to get into groups and each member will have a different role.
