The core mission is to design an outdoor adventurous programme for you, your family, or group following the principles of BILA.
A BILA coach will plan and guide the intrepid itinerary, which is designed by your interests, using the local knowledge and skills from the coach top support you throughout. My directive is to simply guide and coach you throughout the activities, safely and courageously with a good sense of adventure.
Andrew can lead SUP and kayak, indoor climbing, mountain biking, hikes and Forest School activities in Wales, Norway, Cyprus and more. I can also direct you to activity centres and establishments, where they have more specialist staff and equipment.

I endeavour to leave nothing but footprints. I encourage no single use plastic and we reduce, reuse, recycle and repaire as much as we can. Where possible, we improve the environments we visit, by at least litter picking, forest management and wildlife preservation. We travel by the most sustainable means. I do not interfere with current management plans, unless I have written them. I will ensure the careful planning of the site visit, ahead of the schedule, so to follow the up to date policies for the area. I will not deliver an activity in an area where I have not yet recce. I have travelled a fair bit, but things change, and I will ensure that I have up to date knowledge and experience of the area.
A Google document file will be shared with each client ahead of the activities. Within the planning file, you can expect a full handbook for the activity schedule. It is highly recommended to read the handbook and respect the service provided. Each handbook covers the booking details, itinerary, risk assessments and offers the client feedback opportunity before and after the service. For personalised schedules, I require at least 2 weeks notice to plan and prepare the necessary resources.
Each booking must include a non-refundable deposit, which will equate to half of the planned activity costs, in a suitably advance time frame. The deposit can only be returned under special unforseen circumstances by both BILA and the clients, should they provide suitable evidence. It is important to me that my time and commitment, and professional service is built on trust.
