Well there are 7 important chakras in the human body. Consciously or unconsciously, all of us are trying to harmonise the body, mind and spirit through anything and everything that we do. Practising music AND / OR yoga and eventually meditating on sounds is (in my opinion and experience) the best possible way to achieve this alignment that will lead to a better physical and mental health.
