Instructional Technology (IT)
Keys: Student-center, Active learning, and Flipped Classroom
Technology facilitates access to learning aids and enhances the learning process. Technology provides a great opportunity for the instructional designer to improve the learning process. Technology brings so many options on the table to practice what the learners need to learn. It enables students to examine new entities and challenge their understanding of complicated subjects, particularly in our fast paced lifestyle these days.

E-learning is performing by internet or intranet. Asynchronous e-learning is a self-instructional mode. Synchronous e-learning or virtual learning is an online classroom that all the learners are engaged in a simultaneously mode. (Piskurich, 2015)
Canvas
Canvas is one of the best web-based learning management systems (LMS). These days most schools and collages are using it as a platform for their instruction.
“Canvas LMS is an open and reliable web-based software that allows institutions to manage digital learning, educators to create and present online learning materials and assess student learning, and students to engage in courses and receive feedback about skill development and learning achievement.” (What is canvas?, 2022)
Mobile applications are available to download and are easy to access for different types of users.

Job Aid
Job Aids are a step by step instruction to work with a product or to apply a service, and they should be easy and clear to follow the instructions. Job Aids can be in a printed format (pdf) or digitally (videos).

Useful Technologies
It is almost three years that I am learning different technologies like Google Form, Camtasia, and NearPod to use for Instructional design. Many useful technologies have been created to help teachers and learners. When teachers use technology it would be hard to start but after a while and having more experience it becomes easier and the quality will improve after. New teaching methods are created in the digital age, but they are still very new with a great potential as we see in teaching these days in more modernized countries. The most important factor in constructivism learning method is personalized learning for each student that is more possible with technology. Student-center learning, using gamification in learning to reduce the stress of learning, and educational videos that the assessment is embedded are very helpful. Good technologies are created to assess students' performance and evaluate them more accurately. Furthermore, the use of technology in itself increases the level of ability of learners when combined with other activities. I started learning to use technology in my childhood by playing video games like Atari and Commodore. My last but not least intention is that children should not be removed from the playground and technology should be added to their activities.
