Tournaments

There's no centralised place for keeping up to date with all the tournaments yet. Direct challenges had only been introduced recently. Your best bet for now is the #arena_content channel on discord.gg/magic . Here’s a recap so far:

The mythic championship with a $500,000 prizepool will take place on 22-24th of February in Cleveland (this is the new name for the pro-tour)

Undercity Coliseum is the most massive community-run tournament, 388 participants, they hang out in #tournament_talk

The most generous WOTC-sponsored tournament so far was twitch Rivals. It has since been held once more with both tournaments hosting a $10,000 prize pool.

And the upcoming mythic championships promise to be a whole next level. To qualify for it in Magic Arena you need to be in top Mythic ranks in ranked/traditional ranked constructed. Details can be found here.

There are also weekly tournaments being held, check out the Discord #arena_content channel where the announcements regarding them are made from time to time
