Be Encouraged in the Word Ministries is a 501 (c) 3 non-profit organization and we are adhering to the call that charity starts at home and spreads abroad.

We have several outreach ministries that are committed to serving the needs of the people in our communities and around the world.

Prayer Line

Food Bank

The Be Encouraged in the Word Food Bank is open for distribution on Wednesdays from 10 am -12 pm, following Wednesday night Bible Study at 7:30 pm, and Sundays following worship services. To schedule an appointment to receive food, please contact Apostle John Boyd at 863-224-2067.

HIV/AIDS Counseling and Prevention Ministry

We are Community Partners with the State of Florida Department of Health. We provide free HIV/AIDS testing available by appointments only.

Community Health Assistance (Obamacare)

DCF Community Partner application for Food Stamps or Medicaid

Administrator: Pastor Dr. Annette Harrell-Boyd

We are Community Partners with Department of Children and Families Services. We assist clients in their application for Food Stamps, Medicaid and other services that may be applicable. Our desire is that no one should go hungry and that they are able to receive proper medical attention, this will thereby improve the quality of life, which in turn improves the community.
