Our Pastors

Founder/President and Sr. Pastor Dr. Annette Harrell-Boyd, through much fasting and prayer, God commissioned her to encourage the people of God through the Word of God.

There was a time of preparation, at the age of 16 (1975) she received the gift of the Holy Spirit while a member of Little Zion Church of God In The Christ, under the Pastor-ship of the late Elder Sylvester Berry, and Revivalist Evangelist Keith Johnson. She later joined the House of God Which The Church of The Living God, The Pillar and Ground of The Truth, where she answered the call of God for Ministry in October 1999. She was led to the call of an Exhorter in the ministry. In November 2000, in the State Assembly in Pompano Beach, FL under Bishop J. C. Elliott, State Chief Overseer, she was reclassified as Reverend.

She studied under several Theological Institutions, Bible Teachers International, Ft. Lauderdale, FL World Christian Seminary, CA Olympia College, Bremerton,WA and Secular Institutions as well. God birth forth through her Be Encouraged In The Word Ministries, Inc in 2004, comprising of her and her children, her niece and her family.

Through the union of marriage with Apostle John F. Boyd, Sr., who became the Overseer of the Be Encouraged in the Word Ministry, our ministry has become a demonstration of the love of God with the Word of God.
