Costs and Payments: Clearly state who covers costs for feed, medication, equipment, and who receives any fees or benefits (e.g., honey, pollination services).
Security and Theft: Define responsibilities for securing the beehives, especially against theft or vandalism, and what to do in case of loss.
Duration of Agreement: State the start and end dates of the agreement.
Right of First Refusal/Access: Include clauses about showing the property, selling the property, or co-host rights if the owner wants to remove the hives.
Dispute Resolution: Define how disagreements will be resolved.
Termination: Specify conditions under which the agreement can be terminated by either party.
Signature: Both parties must sign and date the agreement to make it legally binding.
