1. Who we are
Two Bees Games develops Bee Bonbon, a puzzle game for iOS and Android. This policy explains how the game and our support services handle information. For privacy questions and requests, use the contact details on our Support page.
2. Information used by the game
Anonymous account and progress: Firebase Authentication creates an anonymous game identifier without asking you to register with an email or password. We store game progress, level, stars, coins, gems, settings, selected cosmetics and a generated bee name locally and, when online services are available, in Firebase cloud storage.
Leaderboard: your bee name and gameplay ranking information, such as score, level and stars, may be visible to other players on the online leaderboard. Do not use personal information in any public player name.
Purchases: Apple App Store or Google Play processes payment. We use purchase product information, granted rewards or entitlements and a hashed transaction reference for delivery and duplicate prevention. We do not receive your full payment-card details.
Analytics: Firebase Analytics records screens visited, sessions, gameplay events, levels, purchases, ad impressions, virtual-currency use and selected content. App, device and language information may accompany these events.
Advertising and diagnostics: Google Mobile Ads may process IP addresses, approximate location, device or advertising identifiers, ad interactions, crash reports and performance information. The data used depends on platform permissions, consent and ad configuration. We do not request precise GPS location.
Remote configuration: Firebase Remote Config uses app and installation information to provide game settings.
Support: if you contact us, we receive the email address, message and attachments you choose to provide, and use them to respond. Please avoid sending unnecessary personal or sensitive information.
3. Why information is used
We use information to run the game, save and synchronize progress, deliver purchases, display leaderboards, configure features, understand gameplay, improve stability, show ads, prevent abuse and respond to support or privacy requests. Where consent is required for advertising or other processing, the relevant permission or consent choices apply. Other processing may be necessary to provide requested services, protect the game or meet legal obligations.
4. Service providers and sharing
We use Google Firebase for anonymous authentication, cloud game data, analytics and remote configuration; Google Mobile Ads and its consent tools for advertising; and Apple App Store or Google Play for purchases. These providers process information under their applicable terms and privacy policies. Advertising providers may use permitted information to deliver, measure and personalize advertising. We may also disclose information when legally required or necessary to protect users and our services.

This website is hosted on Google Sites; Google may process website usage and technical information under its own privacy policy.
5. Permissions and notifications
Life regeneration reminders and the daily reminder are local notifications scheduled on your device when enabled. The current game does not use Firebase Cloud Messaging for remote push notifications. Manage notification permission in your device settings. Advertising consent and any platform tracking permissions are handled by the choices presented to you. The game does not require access to your contacts, camera, microphone, photos or precise location.
6. Storage, security and international processing
Game data is stored on your device and may be processed by service providers outside your country. Network communication with our cloud services uses encryption in transit. No storage or transmission method can guarantee absolute security. We retain information for as long as needed for the purposes described here, subject to deletion requests and applicable legal requirements. Provider retention and backup schedules also apply. Transaction and security records may be kept when needed for legal obligations or fraud prevention.
7. Your choices and deletion requests
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete or restrict use of your personal information, withdraw applicable consent, or complain to a data protection authority. Contact us through the Support page with the subject Bee Bonbon Data Request. Include your bee name and any available game account identifier so we can locate the relevant record. We may request additional information to verify that the record belongs to you. Uninstalling the game removes some local data but does not by itself delete cloud records. Deleting game data may remove progress and affect access to game entitlements. Apple and Google manage their own purchase records.
8. Children
Bee Bonbon is intended for a general audience aged 13 and older and is not directed to children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, contact us through the Support page so we can review the request and take appropriate action.
9. Changes and contact
