Treatment Variability: The structure of chimneys can differ greatly, which may affect the number of treatments needed. Additionally, the colony's location within the chimney and whether it has migrated into the chimney cavity will also influence treatment requirements.

Additional treatments may also be required based on factors such as colony and infestation size, how long the infestation has been established, weather changes, delays caused by property owners / agents. Infestation location, people at the property interfering with pest control, and other considerations. In addition, nests may drop, pests could relocate, access areas might become blocked, and various other issues may arise.  Throughout the process, you will be informed and involved in decision-making.
