Lab fun during SHARP 2025! Kayaking with the biology program, sampling all the ice cream/froyo/frozen custard shops in Holland, hosting President Scogin and Provost Griffin in the lab.
December 2024
The Beckwith Lab wraps up our first semester of research at Hope! Student researchers Katie and Ava worked on the Ty1 prion-like domain project and generated data that Dr. Beckwith presented in a seminar at Hope College in December.
March 2024
The Beckwith Lab website launches! We unveil our lab logo depicting a jumping gene in the shape of a "B" within a hexagon, recalling a virus capsid (in Hope College colors!).
