Project Management

Becerra Paint & Design provides planning, organizing, and executes projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and according to the defined scope. I communicate with project owners, managers, property managers, homeowners and contractors. I set daily goals, project milestones and daily instructions for project leads and workforce. 

I typically manage projects in the one day to six-month range including on-site and remotely. Rates include - 2 to 3 hours on-site management and off-site planning before project start.
