As an adult who has been through traumatic experiences as a child, finding a safe ear in Maanami Bolton is truly what I needed. I have dealt with depression and suicidal thoughts for years, and had reached a stage where I was in crisis mode not knowing what to do. After having my session with Mrs. Bolton I began to open up about things that I had kept hidden for years which has started my journey to healing and becoming whole.

I began speaking with Mrs. Bolton at a very difficult time in my life. My mother passed away the day after our first session. Following my mother’s death, I filed for divorce after 5 years of marriage. Mrs. Bolton gave me spiritual and practical guidance through both of these traumatic life experiences. I also had the pleasure of attending grief support group, where we were encouraged to face grief being led by God and faith in God.
Mrs. Bolton led us during the class with scripture and sometimes tears as we shared our struggles with loss of loved ones.
