I am the creator of Beautiful Transgressions! A little about me: I'm a transgender high school senior passionate about storytelling and heavily involved in theatre. Beautiful Transgressions is my capstone project and I hope it will impact our community meaningfully. 

Background

I've been into photography for a few years and worked as a photographer for my school's yearbook for two years. In my sophomore year, I did a photo essay on the Issaquah library where I interviewed and photographed library-goers about what the library meant to them. I've also photographed walkouts and protests around the Seattle area.

As an actor, storytelling is one of my favorite things. Sharing stories of marginalized groups such as transgender people is vital in the effort to normalize our existence and eliminate the vilification and erasure of our community.
