Our pigs are raised on pasture. The Kunekune (pronounced coon-e-coon-e) breed is the only pig capable of living and growing on a diet of pasture (grasses and legumes). We supplement our pasture with certified organic soy-free feed, which helps deliver a fantastic flavor.
