Terms of Service

2018 - 2019

Payment -

Payments can be accepted through PayPal, Facebook Pay and Ko-fi.

Payment must be sent before the commission is begun. No payment will result in zero creation of your desired artwork.

Sketch Phase -

During the sketch phase, this will be the only time changes and tweaks can be done to your commission. Once you approve your commissions sketch, I begin completing your artwork.

Changes -

Once your commission is completed no changes can be made. Any changes that weren’t discussed during the sketch phase, can not be edited in anyway once the final art piece is produced.

Deadlines -

I currently do not work with deadlines. If you have a deadline, I will regrettably; not be willing to accept your commission.

Queue -

I do tend to jump around in my queue quite a bit. I do try to complete all commissions within a reasonable time frame. Orders that were placed previously will take precedence over orders that were placed in the present. This is to ensure that everyone gets their art within a reasonable amount of time.

Refunds -

Refunds can be done if:

- You’ve waited more than 6+ months for your commission.

I cancel your commission for any reason.

Refunds will not be given if:

You simply do not want the commission anymore.

You need money for something else because something “popped up”.

You’re unsatisfied with your commission. (you can get your commission redone for half of the cost of the original commission price. EX: if you paid $20 for a commission, you will need to pay $10 to have me redo it. Remember: it is your responsibility to make sure you don’t want changes done during the sketch phase. They can not and will not be changed in the final piece.)

You demand your money back without a justifiable reason. EX: me taking more than 6+ months to complete your order.

Other -

I reserve the right to cancel your commission at any time, and will give a refund in full.

If you harass me, blow up my DMs, make vague posts about me, talk badly about me or my work in anyway shape or form while your commission is being processed or worked on. You will be blacklisted after your piece is completed, and blocked on all social media accounts. I do not tolerate this kind of behavior in anyway.

If you share my artwork without credit to me, I will ask that you either give me credit for my work, or that you take it down.
