I am Bree Parks, the artist at Bear Trap Studio.

I've been drawing for roughly 11 years, and done furry art work for about 10.

I started doing digital art around 10 years old when my mom purchased me my first graphics tablet. The trusty old Wacom Bamboo! I used my Wacom Bamboo up until 2010 when I decided to upgrade to a Intuous 3.

I started out drawing with MS paint, and graduated to a free program called PaintDOTNet. Neither of these programs made me look professional to say the least.

Now I have an Intuous Pro 4 and actively use two different art programs called Clip Studio Paint Pro, and FireAlpaca.

Drawing has always been my mental escape from normalcy. I am able to submerge myself into a character while drawing it, and become a part of their world while creating it. Art has benefited me mentally in so many ways, and I'm so glad I get to share my artwork with all of you!
