Defining Bears – The Constitution of Bear Resort

As a modern institution, the Bear Resort embodies a constitution as the bases of such place. In general, the article “Defining Bears - The Constitution of Bear Resort” can be considered as the axioms of the world within Bear Resort. 

Article 1. The Constitution of Bear Resort is the undoubting bases of the Bear Resort.

Article 2. All additional laws and boundaries shall not violate the Constitution of Bear Resort inside the area.

Article 3. Any amendment, addition, or cancelation to Section 1, 2, and 3 of the Constitution of Bear Resort is strictly prohibited.

Article 4. Any violations to Article 3, Section 1 should be immediately terminated and restored, while violators should be prosecuted. 

Article 5. Specifically for Article 3 and 4, Section 1, amendment, addition, or cancelation are temporarily allowed only during the composition of the constitution, and addition is allowed only to the additional protection of more sections.

Article 1. A large, heavy mammal (family Ursidae), walking with its feet, with thick fur and short tail is a bear.

Article 2. A large, heavy, cumbersome (potentially gay or bisexual) man with a burly physique and a large amount of body hair is a bear. 

Article 3. An object with name containing “bear”, “xiong”, “oso”, “🐻” or the meaning of bear (generally in pronunciation) is a bear.

Article 4. An unalive object with similar characteristics of Article 1, 2, and 3, Section 2 is a bear. 

Article 5. Except for Article 1, 2, 3, and 4, Section 2, other objects are not bears.

Article 1. Insultation or discrimination towards people, bears, and animals are strictly prohibited.

Article 2. Bears can be adopted as pets only if they are treated well and are willing to become pets.

Article 3. Bear pets cannot be abandoned except the bear and the owner both agree.

Article 4. Bears are partially responsible for their massive living expenses. 

Article 5. Bears and human may not harm each other. 

Article 6. Mutilation is strictly prohibited, even if the object the person or bear themself. Harming yourself is not an acceptable approach to punish anyone who harmed you.

Article 1. All people, bears, and animals have the right to live peacefully in the region.

Article 2. All people and bears have the same weight to vote and same potentials to be elected.

Article 3. All humans and bears have the right to work, study, and get paid in the region.

Article 4. All humans and bears do not have the right to harm, threaten, or murder each other.
