This Privacy Policy explains how the developer of Bead Shuffle: Color Puzzle ("we", "us" or "our") handles information when you use the iOS game and contact support. Privacy contact: shinji_ren_01@proton.me.
The current version works without an account and does not automatically transmit personal information or gameplay data to us. It does not use advertising networks, cross-app tracking, or third-party analytics or crash-reporting services. We do not collect advertising identifiers, precise location, contacts, photos, microphone recordings or payment card information through the game.
The game stores progress and preferences locally so it can resume your play. This includes levels completed, coins and energy, unlocked items and visual themes, daily challenges and rewards, sound/music/vibration settings, and local records used to prevent duplicate rewards. These records are not uploaded to a developer-operated server. The game does not provide its own cloud-save or account-sync service.
Your operating system may include app data in device or iCloud backups according to your settings. Apple manages those services under its own privacy practices.
If you email us, we receive your email address, any displayed sender name, your message and any attachments or technical details you choose to provide. We use this information to reply, investigate problems, improve the game based on your feedback, and handle privacy requests. Providing it is voluntary. Please send only what is relevant and avoid sensitive information.
We do not sell personal information or share it for targeted advertising. Support correspondence is processed through our email provider, Proton Mail. We may disclose information when required by law or when reasonably necessary to protect legal rights and address fraud or security issues. Service providers may process information on systems outside your country under their applicable terms and safeguards.
This policy and the support page are hosted on Google Sites. When you visit, Google may process technical information such as your IP address, browser information and cookies under the Google Privacy Policy. We have not added advertising or Google Analytics to these pages. Website hosting and email processing are separate from the game's local storage.
Apple independently processes information related to the App Store, your Apple Account, device backups and any diagnostics you choose to share. See the Apple Privacy Policy for those services.
Local progress remains on your device until app data is removed. To remove it, delete the app using iOS settings; offloading the app can retain documents and data. Manage any device or iCloud backups separately in Apple's settings. We cannot remotely access or erase your local save.
We retain support correspondence only for as long as needed to handle the request, related follow-up, and applicable legal or security obligations, and then delete it. You can request deletion by emailing us. Any information that must be retained for a legal obligation will be kept only for that purpose and required period.
Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, delete or obtain a copy of personal information you provided, or to object to or restrict its processing. Contact shinji_ren_01@proton.me with the subject Bead Shuffle Privacy. We may ask for limited information necessary to verify that the request concerns your correspondence. You may also contact your local data protection authority where applicable.
The game does not require personal information to play. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children through the game. If you believe a child has sent personal information in a support message, contact us so we can review and delete it as appropriate.
We use reasonable measures to protect support information, but no storage or transmission method is completely secure. We may update this policy when the game's features or our practices change and will publish the revised effective date here. Any new data collection will be explained in an updated policy and any notice or consent required by applicable law.
