Whether you are a long-time member, a new hire stepping into our schools for the first time, or a community partner checking in on our work, I am thrilled to welcome you to the official home of the BEA.

As President of the BEA, my top priority is ensuring that every single educator feels supported, valued, and empowered. Our union is far more than an organization that bargains contracts—we are a community of passionate professionals dedicated to the success of our students, the well-being of our colleagues, and the strength of our public schools. Together, we advocate for fair working conditions, competitive compensation, strong resources and the respect our profession truly deserves.  Because our working conditions are our students' learning conditions.  At the end of the day, that's why we're all here; supporting students to be their very best.
