PLASTIC FISHERS
Having in mind the topic of this Erasmus project, we saw an opportunity to have our students participating on the Plastic Fishery Project which aims to promote the teaching of the scientific method through the study of an environmental problem such as the pollution of plastic waste in our rivers and its role as transporters to the sea. All groups of the ESO went to different sections of the Tordera River to pick up plastic samples, this sampling will also serve for a scientific congress during June.
Fantastic Crosscurricular Work after the PLASTIC FISHERS
The activity PLASTIC FISHERS was, later, used by our students to give a new use to the plastic waste picked up on the riverside through the creative process of masks or characters which became the protagonists of the short stories written in the Catalan and Spanish language. This short stories were used in the Saint George literary Contest.
The union of Science, Arts and Languages has resulted in literary works full of meaning.
