 A relaxing and nourishing massage with heated oil, based on Ayurvedic principles. The oil is a blend of olive, sesame, and essential oils, tailored to your dosha or body type. The oil is warmed by a safe method and applied with light strokes. The massage improves blood flow, reduces stress, moisturizes the skin, and cleanses the body. It is good for all and helps with dryness, circulation, and calmness. Price: £65

Hopi Ear Candling: 30 to 45 minutes.

 An ancient treatment that helps to clear the ear, nose and throat channel. It involves placing a hollow candle in the ear and lighting it to create a gentle suction. This can help to remove wax, debris and toxins from the ear canal. After the candling, you will receive an invigorating massage on your face and scalp to assist the treatment and flush toxins towards the lymph nodes. We offer two packages for this service:

Cupping Therapy: 15 to 30 minutes. 

An ancient Chinese medicine treatment that uses suction cups to draw blood to the surface and release toxins. It can help to improve blood circulation, reduce inflammation, relieve pain and promote healing. Do not be scared about the dark circles that can last up to 2 weeks! They are not bruises, they are marks and the colour will depend on the stagnation of the tissue and skin conditions. Price: £38.00

Holistic Facial Treatments: 30 to 60 minutes.

 A natural and nourishing facial treatment that uses exclusive products made by the therapist. All products are CPSR compliant and contain only natural ingredients and essential oils. The face massage will be the key moment for this treatment, as it stimulates many trigger points on the face and creates a full body experience. You can choose from two options for this service:
