Hello! My name is Sarah Weems and I am so excited to have the opportunity to educate your child. I graduated from East Carolina University with a Bachelor's Degree in Elementary Education and a K-12 reading license. This will be my eighth full year teaching and my fifth year teaching 5th grade. I am originally from Asheboro, North Carolina, but I have come to love living in New Bern. I have been married to my wonderful husband Brian for four years. We have a daughter, Savannah, who is almost one, a yellow lab, Brody, and a black lab, Molly, that are our whole world. In my spare time I enjoy spending time on the water, playing tennis and spending time with family and friends. I have a passion for helping children learn, and making them the best they can be. I look forward to getting to know you and your child throughout this school year and can't wait to see your child blossom!
