The BDGA University Championship is proudly back again for 2023 and is on Saturday October 14th being hosted at Longford Park, Manchester! Two 18 hole rounds using the red layout will be played to crown our student champions. A non-student open division will also be run this year to help introduce students to the wider disc golf community! Finally, it will be proudly supported once again by Ace Disc Golf and also a new supporter for 2023, Prodiscus!
For your entry fee expect the following:

There won't be prizes for placing in divisions (beyond the insanely cute trophies), we would rather use player fees to deliver a higher value event to everyone! Some spot prizes (4x colour glow premium origo) will be up for grabs thanks to the generosity of Prodiscus!

Event confirmations, bulletins and info packs (e.g. caddy book) will be communicated via email through disc golf scene registration details (though all the information will also be available on this site)

By public transport
You can enter the top end of Longford Park easily via public transport from Manchester City Centre. Take the tram (in the direction of Altrincham) and alight at Old Trafford stop. Walk south-west down Trent Bridge Walk to Great Stone Road, turn left and you'll arrive at "The Quadrant". Look for the Beacon Centre / Firswood Community Centre (M32 8QS) - the entrance to the park is to the right.
Alternatively the #15 bus from Piccadilly Gardens goes straight to the Quadrant, Stretford.
By car
Free parking is available within the park right next to the course.
Just head for the entrance just off Ryebank Road (follow the signs for Longford Stadium, postcode M21 9TA).
