BCSO Public Information
The Blaine County Sheriff Office is a Law Enforcement Agency based in Blaine County, San Andreas.
Every person within the Blaine County Sheriff Office plays a vital role within the department, from being a deputy to a high ranking officer of the department. In the BCSO, all are treated equally and are not given special treatment no matter their background is.
The Blaine County Sheriff Office was founded by Sheriff Ken Morgan, the current Sheriff of the department as of writing this.
The BCSO strives to foster a safe and fair city by incorporating neighborhood into all facets and Department operations, and solve the problems that create crime and disorder through an interdependent relationship between the people and its police, and by pioneering strategic innovation.
The mission of the BCSO Department is to enhance life in this city by working in partnership with the community to enforce the law, preserve peace, protect the people, reduce fear and maintain order.
Within the BCSO, numerous infraction systems have been put in place to properly address broken regulations, set to keep order and discipline within the department.
1st Degree: Mild Punishment (1-3 days suspension), will be dealt with at most a warning
2nd Degree: Longer Suspension time or Possible Demotion
3rd Degree: Demotion or Termination
Regulations are to be followed at all times whether in uniform or not, on or off duty, and inside and outside the Sheriff offices. Officers that have the ability to handout infractions have the right to take actions if deemed necessary and liable for any mistake or actions they've taken.

R-101 (1D-3D) - All members of the BCSO, other agencies and community are to be respected and shall not be discriminated against based on their ethnicity, race, color, gender, sex, religion, belief, or nationality.
R-102 (2D-3D) - Any form of extensive abuse in power will be dealt with immediately, however, may be excused to certain degree or extent depending on leniency.
R-103 (1D-3D) - Orders must be followed. The only exception to the other is when it is inappropriate or it goes against any regulatory rules and duties.
The BCSO have numerous ranks that may have difference in uniforms. The BCSO may also have divisional uniforms such as SWAT, Criminal Investigations, etc.
Any members of the Blaine County Sheriff Office should always have an Identification Card that provides information that they are part of the department. (Badge)
New recruits undergo the BCSO Training Program, a full-course program that can train recruits to achieve high level of abilities before becoming a BCSO Cadet.
Throughout the program, recruits are exposed and trained to handle different activities, duties, and deployments.
The Blaine County Sheriff Office strives to produce good and well-being deputies to serve and protect the whole of Blaine County and neighboring locations.
