What is a no show?
If you RSVP (reserve) to an event and your cancellation is within 24 hours of the start of the event then it will be considered a no show.
If an event is full there will not be any no shows.
What happens?
You will be removed from the group and you will have to rejoin!
Why?
We are going to start holding 5€ on account and if someone no shows then we will keep it so that the organiser and those that attended do not lose out.
How does it work?
All new members will pay a no show deposit. If a member no shows they will be removed from the group and we will use the no show deposit to pay for any costs to the organiser. Any remaining money will go towards the shuttle fund or pay the tax group (meetup.com fee).
The member will then be removed from the group and they will be able to rejoin but will need to go through the joining process again.
